Abstract
This present work tries to search for a superheroes genesis, directly focused on their DNA under the historic precedent in literature with the hero’s figure on the Epic of Gilgamesh, to find the basic notions of justice. Using cultural universals to approach on this literary work with critical perspective in human rights from historic analogue iusnaturalism, in which the practice of the law develops on the defense of the oppressed.
